The Aspen Lane Wine Company has the legal right to work with retailers without having to use a commercial wine distributor.  This means that the winery can sell its wines directly to the public through a restaurant, retail store, or other retail venue and as a result, ensure that maximum profit is given to the partner charities.  With that said, if a partner charity has the opportunity to sell The Aspen Lane Wine Company’s products in a retail establishment, The Aspen Lane Wine Company will pursue the relationship provided that it is economically sound and beneficial to the partner charity.
